Tilton, NH-Harry J. Keller, 65, of West Main Street, died Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the Franklin Regional Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 3, 1946 the son of Harry G. and Lillian May (Devlin) Perry. A hard worker, he was employed by former Arwood Corp, Wyman-Gordon, and PCC Structurals in Franklin, NH and also for Sturm Ruger in Newport, NH for a combined 20 years.
Harry served in the US Army and the Reserves for a combined 20 years including two tours in Viet Nam, Korea, Germany and voluntary service in the US during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
He lived in Tilton for over 10 years previously residing in Andover, NH.
Harry was a member of the Franklin VFW Post 1698. He is survived by five children, Anthony Keller of Philadelphia, PA, Tracy Keller of Copperas Cove, TX, Katie Jo Keller of Franklin, NH, and twin sons, Kyle and Kody Keller of Andover, NH; six grandchildren; a sister, Delores Strong of FL; nieces and nephews and mother of his 3 children and close friend, Kandy Keller Dukette of Andover, NH. He was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Keller of Philadelphia, PA.
Private graveside services will be held in the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the VFW Post 1698, 26 Peabody Place, Franklin, NH 03235. Chadwick Funeral Service of New London, NH is assisting the family with arrangements.
